Chicago Sun Times: “He was guilty as hell!” Genson said. “I don’t think he’s done anything inappropriate for years. I’ll tell you a secret: I had him go to a doctor to get shots, libido-killing shots. That’s why he didn’t get arrested for anything else.
I wondered if this statement might violate attorney/client privilege. But 1) Genson volunteered the information; 2) Kelly is no longer his client; and 3) attorney/client privilege doesn’t hold if a client is engaged in ongoing criminality or is perjuring himself. Both might be the case if Kelly is indeed found guilty.
I’m an innocent until proven guilty type of guy. I think any time someone is accused of something, it needs to go to court. They need to uncover evidence, look under each rock and find out what the real truth is.
But usually when you have people making accusations by the dozens, there’s some fire to that smoke. Add a second case that’s as crazy as the first? My money is on this dude being a psychopath.
In comes the former lawyer of R Kelly, singing like a damn bird. I get lawyers aren’t seen as the most ethical people in the world but they have a job to do. They get paid the big bucks to take a case and give it the best defense they can. I don’t blame this guy. But he’s guilty as hell. What’s even weirder is the people that defended him during the last trial.
